All return requests must be submitted through your WIGZ LAB Customer Account within 30 days of delivery.

Full Return Policy

New, unworn, unwashed, and unaltered merchandise may be returned for a refund within 30 days of delivery, with proof of purchase.

Merchandise must be in original condition, with all tags attached. For all HD Lace™ products, the lace must remain uncut, unbleached, and free of any adhesive or makeup. Products returned with cut lace or signs of wear will be refused.

Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment only (including prepaid credit cards).

Items marked Final Sale cannot be returned. For customers in the European Union and the United Kingdom, statutory right of cancellation is respected in accordance with local regulations.

Online orders must be returned by mail.

Combined returns from multiple separate orders are prohibited.

Return labels for APO/FPO addresses cannot be generated.

HOW TO RETURN YOUR ORDER

To initiate a return, log in to your Customer Account (recommended for faster automated processing) or via our Contact Form.

Submit Your Request: Select the item(s) you wish to return directly from your order history and click Request Return.

Condition Checklist: Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and in their original packaging with all tags intact. For all HD Lace™ products, the lace must remain uncut, unbleached, and free of any adhesive or makeup.

Ship Your Return: Once approved, follow the instructions provided in your account or return confirmation email to ship your parcel back using our pre-paid express label or your preferred tracked carrier.

Destination: Returns must be shipped to our international fulfillment hub. The exact return address and documentation will be automatically generated upon approval.

Please note;

Signature Required: To protect your investment, all WIGZ LAB packages require a physical signature upon delivery.

Promotional Periods: During promotional periods, minor delivery delays can be expected.

Returns Process & Refunds

Once you have submitted your return request online, you will receive a Return Authorization email.

  • Pre-paid Express Returns via DHL: A pre-paid returns label will be emailed to you. Schedule a DHL collection or drop off at your nearest DHL point within 14 days from creating your return authorization. Pre-paid Express Returns via DHL are subject to a $25/local currency equivalent return shipping fee, which will be deducted from your refund.

  • Self-Postage Returns: A returns slip will be emailed to you. Include this slip in the package and send back the returned goods with the shipper of your choice within 14 days from creating your return authorization. Self-postage returns are subject to return shipping fees and reverse duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend insuring your package and contacting Customer Service with the tracking number once shipped.

  • Inspection & Refund Processing: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you when your refund has been issued. This process can take up to 7 business days from the date your return tracking information shows delivered.

  • Bank Posting: Please note that refunds can take up to 3 to 5 business days to appear on your bank account due to varying processing times of financial organizations.
TERMS & CONDITIONS

All returns are handled on a case-by-case basis and ultimately at WIGZ LAB’s discretion, including determining whether an item is unworn, unwashed, and whether the HD Lace™ remains intact, with the intent of providing the best experience to our guests. Potential fraud or abuse of this policy, including excessive or unreasonable returns, may result in the rejection of future transactions or returns. If we choose to provide a refund beyond 30 days or in the event there’s no proof of purchase, refunds will be applied to a WIGZ LAB gift card or in accordance with applicable local laws.

In some circumstances, we may request that additional information be provided, including personal information, for verification purposes. WIGZ LAB’s practices relating to collection, use, and sharing of such personal information are further detailed in our Privacy Policy.
