WHERE IS MY ORDER?
Once an order is submitted, please allow 1 to 2 business days for your package to be packed and inspected at our facility. Upon shipment, you will receive an email with your tracking information so you can follow your delivery in real-time. International express delivery typically takes 5 to 12 business days from the dispatch date.
MY PACKAGE IS MISSING. CAN YOU HELP?
If your tracking status shows "Delivered" but you have not received your parcel, or if it appears lost in transit by the carrier, please contact us immediately via our Contact Form and our client advisory team will assist you with a claim.
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

CAN I CHANGE THE ADDRESS OR CANCEL MY CURRENT ORDER?
WIGZ LAB orders begin processing immediately after submission and cannot be canceled or modified once submitted. If you need to make an address adjustment after dispatch, we recommend reaching out directly to the assigned carrier (e.g., via DHL On Demand Delivery or UPS My Choice). Please note that address changes requested through carriers may incur minor transit delays.

DO YOUR CREATIONS COME READY TO WEAR?
Yes. Every WIGZ unit arrives pre-customized. Each creation features our LAB-PREPPED HAIRLINE™ (an asymmetric, non-linear density gradient) and our KNOT-VANISH PROCESS™ (factory-bleached, micro-knotted base). Units are ready for immediate wear upon arrival.
CAN I STYLE, DYE, OR COLOR MY WIGZ CREATION?
Yes. We use exclusively 100% PURE-VIRGIN HUMAN HAIR™ with fully aligned cuticles. You can heat-style, bleach, or color the hair. Because our virgin hair retains its cuticle alignment, it preserves structural integrity through heat and chemical processing when maintained with proper care.

HOW DO I CHOOSE THE RIGHT CAP SIZE?
Choosing the correct cap size is essential for a seamless, natural look. We offer standard cap sizes (Small, Medium, Large). Please refer to our Size Guide on the product page to accurately measure your head circumference. Each WIGZ LAB unit also features adjustable elastic bands and inner security combs for a snug, non-slip fit.
HOW DOES THE GLUELESS SYSTEM WORK WITHOUT ADHESIVE?
Our WIGZ LAB CAP™ integrates our SECURE-LOCK BAND™ (an adjustable 3.5 cm elastic strap) combined with internal SILICONE TENSION GRIPS™ positioned at key cranial anchor points. This structure distributes tension evenly, providing a firm, anti-slip hold all day with zero liquid adhesives.

WHAT IS THE BESPOKE LAB SERVICE?
The Bespoke Service opens our studio to your precise vision starting at $1,000. It is a 100% digital, step-by-step collaboration with our product team to co-design a unit built around your exact head measurements, cap size, and skin tone. You define the structural specifications—from the WIGZ LAB HD LACE™ base and INVISI-SCALP™ shade to the 100% PURE-VIRGIN HUMAN HAIR™ (or single-donor RAW HAIR upon request) length, density, color, and finish.

WHAT IS INCLUDED WITH MY WIGZ LAB CREATION?
Every unit is delivered in our magnetic LAB-BOX™, accompanied by a VELLUM WELCOME GUIDE™ containing our inspection protocol. Each shipment includes our WIGZ LAB CARE BAG™ equipped with:
- PRO-GRIP CLIPS™: Two (2) matte black alligator sectioning clips
- EDGE-MASTER BRUSH™: One (1) dual-edge hair control tool with metal tail
- SECURE-LOCK BAND™: One (1) additional silicone-printed elastic band
- NAPE COMB: One (1) internal nape comb for optional anchoring

HOW DO I INITIATE A RETURN?
Return requests must be submitted through your Customer Account within 30 days of delivery.
WHAT ARE THE RETURN CONDITIONS FOR HD LACE™ UNITS?
To comply with hygiene standards, units must be returned unworn, unwashed, and in their original LAB-BOX™. The WIGZ LAB HD LACE™ must remain uncut, chemically unaltered (no additional bleaching or dyeing), and completely free of adhesives or makeup. Units returned with cut or altered lace will be refused.
DO YOU OFFER DIRECT EXCHANGES?
We do not offer direct item-for-item exchanges. If you require a different unit or cap size, register your return for Store Credit. Once your returned unit is inspected and verified, store credit will be issued to place a new order.

HOW SHOULD I WASH AND STORE MY CREATION?
To maintain the integrity of your WIGZ LAB HD LACE™ and 100% PURE-VIRGIN HUMAN HAIR™, we recommend gentle cleansing with sulfate-free products, microfiber drying, and storing your unit inside your WIGZ LAB CARE BAG™.
