  • Shopify, Inc.: Our e-commerce store is hosted and powered by Shopify, Inc., which processes customer data and orders on our behalf. Shopify’s privacy policy can be viewed at: https://www.shopify.com/legal/privacy.
  • Service Providers: We engage trusted third-party service providers to perform operational functions including payment processing, logistics and order fulfillment, email and SMS delivery, data analytics, fraud prevention, live chat support, and customer reviews. These providers are authorized to use your Information solely to perform their designated services for us.
  • Legal Obligations & Safety: We may disclose Information if required by law, subpoena, court order, or governmental regulation, or when necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of WIGZ LAB, our users, or the public.
  • Corporate Transactions: In the event of a merger, acquisition, reorganization, asset sale, or bankruptcy, customer Information may be transferred as part of corporate assets.

  • SMS Messages: You may opt out of text marketing by replying “STOP” to any text message received.
